saphan drift baseline
Sets a head seat's style baseline from a session transcript file, using its first assistant messages (how many is set by drift.baseline_messages).

saphan drift calibrate
Compares a seat's drift readings taken shortly before the defects recorded against it with the rest of its readings, and proposes a threshold, showing the arithmetic. It only reads; apply the proposal with saphan config set drift.threshold.
