saphan fix
Starts a fix that a coordinating agent writes itself instead of sending it to an executor.
Starts a fix that a coordinating agent writes itself instead of sending it to an executor. Run it with a subcommand.
saphan fix start
Starts a self-authored stream in one step: it cuts a worktree on branch fix/<stream> from the base, writes and records the coordinating agent's order, writes the status and verification documents saphan stop2 needs, and records the stream's repository. A name ending in -review is refused, because that shape belongs to review streams. It then prints the remaining steps: stop2, the review if one is needed, and the owner's accept.
