Works with measurement orders: orders that commission a document only (the reproduction, the measurements, the root cause, a repair order ready to sign, and a quote), run with every git write and every write to the code denied. Run it with a subcommand.

saphan measure check

Checks a measurement document against the fixed output shape and names every way it departs from it; the exit code is the verdict. Passing means the shape holds, not that the measurement is right.

saphan measure land

Checks a measurement document, then places its repair order, together with the document, in the bridge under the repair order's stream, so it appears at once in the owner's signature queue (saphan order pending). It commits nothing and never overwrites a different file of the same name; commit both files with saphan bridge commit.

saphan measure sign

Lets a project's coordinating agent sign a measurement order with its measurement key, writing only <order>.sig. The signature counts only while the owner's standing grant for that project is live and the order stays within the weekly cost and time limits; the owner's root key, and an order that is not a measurement order, are refused.
